With the economy as it is I have been representing more churches merging or consolidating. I can represent either the merging or surviving entity.

Board Meeting Records Requests:

I represent the church when a member or nonmember makes a written request for copies of board or other minutes of meetings.

Staff Hiring and Firing:

I advise you regarding employment, personnel issues and proper termination.

Embezzlement:

Over the years I have represented several churches that had an employee embezzle funds. I can counsel you on determining the amount lost through drafting a Restitution Agreement.

Review and Negotiate Cell Tower Agreements:

Consult on Conversion of Designated Offerings: I can create a process whereby you can convert such monies on a legal basis.
